Had what I deemed a small job and was seen within 24 hours of making the phone call. Dave Maxwell one of your engineers arrived on time and was professional throughout. He took the time to explain the purpose of all safety checks and was very thorough throughout the appointment. If it is possible to request a specific engineer on future jobs then Dave can expect a phone call or three. Lovely fella and have no qualms paying for work conducted to a high standard. Will use plumbing force and specifically Dave in the future.
