The engineer that came out was faultless. He was early, polite, cheerful & knowledgeable. A credit to the company he works for. Plumbingforce as a company is not so great.
My appt was initially booked for Saturday 8am-12pm. When no one arrived at 12pm, I called the agency who said the engineer was delayed & will arrive 1pm - 4pm. When no one arrived at 3pm, I called for an update only to be told that I will not get an engineer that day & that I would have to wait until Monday to get my shower fixed. Plumbingforce charge extortionate prices because they can. People need their showers & most will pay to get the problem resolved. As mentioned, the engineer that eventually arrived was great (Daniel). He was extremely helpful & efficient & definitely knew his trade. However, I should have received a refund or at the very least, a discount for being inconvenienced. I could have arranged for another company to do the job during the time I waited (& probably for less money). Plumbingforce did not even offer a sincere apology.
