First class service, we had notice of when to expect the engineer and that's when he turned up. He diagnosed the problem, which he fixed the next day as it meant replacing some incorrectly fitted plumbing by the bathroom installer. Very polite engineer (Sam Dixon) who couldn't do enough for us and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Would recommend to anyone.
