We had water dripping through the kitchen ceiling. They were there in 2 hours, found the leak behind the toilet cistern upstairs. Had to remove the toilet, fixed the leak within two hours. No time was wasted, great positive attitude. Engineer had plenty of experience and was courteous. No more expensive than a "local" plumber.
