Called them Friday lunch time about a sink leak and was told someone would be out sometime between then and 4. Rang at 4:10 as nobody turned up and was told they couldn't get there until Monday 8-12 so went almost 2 days without running water. Monday: arrived at 8:50 and did a great job even replaced washing machine valve without being asked. Friendly worker Martin . No complaints.
