I have been waiting over a week for Plumbing Force to service and fix an issue with my boiler. Each time they book me in, for whatever reason, I receive a phone call on the day to tell me firstly, that the engineer is delayed, and then that they have to cancel. This has happened 4 times now over the course of a week. I am 9 months pregnant and unable to use the heating in my house until the boiler is fixed. I wish I hadn't given Plumbing Force the benefit of doubt and wasted a week waiting for them to show up.
