Warning - do not use this company. Last Saturday I booked an engineer (by 'phone as Internet down) for Monday 3-6pm. Left work early to find text message cancelling appointment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for Thursday 3-6pm but I have lost money. I asked if they could prioritise my job for 3pm as I really needed to be somewhere else (that I had cancelled from Monday) and we have water coming through ceiling. I thought they would do this as had let me down - but no. Customer service is non existent.
