We needed an emergency heating engineer and that is what we got. The engineer, Chris, arrived within two hours of my initial call and fixed the problem. Chris was polite and pleasant and left the area around the boiler, where he worked, clean and tidy. Quite a high hourly charge but with no local engineer available for a week and having no heating or hot water it was acceptable.
