Impressed by the skill and expertise of the engineer sent. The problem was quickly diagnosed, a new part was obtained and fitted with a minimum amount of fuss and without time wasting. Yes, it was a little more expensive, but at least we felt reassured that it was a job professionally well done. Thank you
