Called them to fix dripping shower. Explained problem and told someone would call. Engineer visited, said needed part and there would be anothrr call out fee to fix it. So basically I paid £100 for someone to call and tell me shower was faulty!
When I did a negative review they tried to get it removed by denying I was a customer them complained that I thought it was a rip off. Also never dealt with a complaint
Avoid unless you have money to throw down drain.
