Shocking service. Took morning off work for fire service to be done (booked for a 9-12 slot) Half-way through morning phone call to say going to nearer to 3.00pm. Asked if this was going to be definite and that they were still coming and reassured yes they would. Booked rest of day off work only to receive call just after 2.00p.m. to say job to be cancelled.
Never used them before and certainly wont do now.
