Phoned in for leaking stopcock in upstairs flat on a Sunday afternoon. Plumber (Lee) attended first thing Monday morning. It was a difficult job in an awkward position but was tackled professionally and with good humour. After finishing and tidying up we were left with a phone number to call should there be any problems with the repair - there wasn't, it was a job well done.
