Very poor customer service.
They were fast to take the payment in advance. But despite me calling and emailing their poor customer service department they still have not sent me a copy of the gas safety certificate or a receipt for my payment. Basic stuff I should not need to be spending my time chasing this. Will not use plumbing force again.
