Called at 9:10 this morning. Explained was a matter of urgency that someone came out this morning. Time slot was 9am-1pm.. GREAT!!!!
Phone call at 12:17 to say sorry madam we cant get anyone out to you in the promised times slot, we can try and get someone to you by 6pm this evening!!
So 1-3 hours response time .... not guaranteed!!
