Initial emergency work was good guess as I paid for it - Follow up free work required they cancelled on me 3 times then did it over the phone with me so I had to do the work for them following the engineers instruction.
Oil the engineer was very good.
Very poor follow up service when it’s free and not paid for - will be using another company next time.
