-Bad customer support.
-An appointment was cancelled by them last moment.
-Expensive for generally poor service.
The engineer was polite and looks like a smart guy.
In my case he didn't fixed the problem and suggested to change the heating system from conventional to combi.
I'm not an expert so I won't disagree.
But changing the conventional boiler with a new conventional boiler is much cheaper and could be suggested also as an option.
