Managed to book a Saturday morning appointment late Friday afternoon.
We received a text giving the engineers name and detail telling us he was on his way.
The engineer, Ivan Jones then called to say he was 10 minutes away. Ivan diagnosed the fault with our Bosch Worcester Combi boiler. Replacing the part and giving it a full service as requested. The service was very thorough clearing instructions in the condenser amongst other things. Very please with the work and service provided and can highly recommended the service to any one. Well done.
