We had a leak, which is something we’d never experienced before. After phoning Plumbing force I was told it could be up to a 4 hour wait. It turned out to be around 3 hours though. Adam was great from start to finish quickly setting about to find the leak and planning all the details of the aftermath. He made a stressful situation much more bearable and was a really nice guy.
