Stephen was great, very friendly and found the fault that was causing the leak I suspected. Luckily for me he was able to move the washing machine and I think that took about 90% of the time he was here as it was properly jammed in to a very tight space! He temporarily sorted things so the leak stopped but did not carry the required spare part. In the event I think this was for the best. He gave some good advice for when I search for a new machine.
