Gary Tsitsis was extremely helpful. Excellent service. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave excellent advice regarding a warranty we didnt know existed on the faulty boiler we could use. This was for our 90 year old mum who had no heat/hot water. We would use him again in an instant
