Called on the Thursday and an appointment was arranged for the next day, Time slot given was the normal 8 to 1pm ....and engineer arrived at 9.30. He did call to say he was on his way and was approx 20 minutes away. Very pleasant, helpful , explained the issues and solutions available for my boiler Pricing is very fair and reasonable ..would certainly recommend .
