Michael was a great help. He provided information and for this reason I was able to get more work completed. He is an asset to Plumbingforce and a nice guy too. I am delighted with his speedy and excellent work.
I did anticipate I would receive a txt, phone call the day prior to the work being completed. I only had a call to say Michael was running late. This aspect of the service could improve.
