After being let down by an independent gas boiler engineer to repair our boiler to give us back our hot water, phoned these guys and they turned up within an hour, and after 3 hours that had sourced the replacement part and fitted it. Rated at just 4 stars as their prices are eye-wateringly expensive at £100 per hour for labour, but I was prepared to pay the price to get the job sorted quickly.
