Chris the plumber turned up within 2 hours of my initial phone call and fixed the problem then and there (with a quick trip to the local plumbing supplier for parts). He was courteous and friendly and cleaned up after himself, he didn't even mind my dog 'supervising' him! The whole process was efficient and easy from start to finish - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend as a service you can rely on in a crisis.
