Polite staff when booking late in the day. The plumber came next day.
Plumber was polite, smart and worked quickly to identify the problem.
Only negative is that I was told I would receive a call approx 30-45 minutes prior to plumbers arrival.
This didn't happen. Fortunately I was at home when the plumber arrived.
