Well you let me down in the beginning by cancelling on the day. I had to take a day off work for which I do not get paid - if I don’t work, I don’t get paid - so a loss of around £50 which I can I’ll afford as I live alone.
Having said that, the engineer was a very pleasant young man, who once he had travelled all the way to Harrogate to get the ‘bits’ needed for repair, did a very good job. So hoping I won’t need to call you out again, for a long while at least and will endeavour to have the boiler serviced annually.
