I was given a morning appointment but due to unforeseen circumstances the engineer did not arrive till 6:40 pm but I was kept informed throughout the day. The engineer was apologetic, he also volunteered to remove his shoes. His knowledge was excellent identifying the problem quickly and rectifying it to a high standard. Will use again.
