The plumber was polite and helpful but I’m very disappointed with your service. I paid a lot of money for someone to tell me they can’t sort out the problem. You advertise that you can fix all these problems but you don’t have the equipment or expertise.
You should make it clear the limited service you offer as I feel I’ve wasted £100.
