Having been twice let down by another firm, very impressed when I was told, you could have someone with me within the hour. You did this, and Mark arrived, promptly assessed the situation, and began working on our two toilets. Friendly, efficient, quick working, knowledgeable and ensuring distancing. Mark went out to source a new toilet, being aware of the cost implications. Worked non-stop, not even stopping for a cuppa! Very impressed, would use again, and would recommend.
