Internet has not worked properly or phone since fitted.
Engineer repeatedly does not turn up wasting my time.
Cannot get through to Plusnet without being 40 mins on live chat now or 45 minutes hanging on phone.
Disgraceful customer service, terrible company, would not recommend to anyone
