Unprofessional and obstructive company when trying to get a refund on a cancelled contract. Have had to refer this to the card fraud office as I cancelled after just 1 hour due to all the bad reviews on line but they still took my initial payment with minutes and so far have been very obstructive in getting a refund back to my account. The billing department do not take calls so you are left with a brick wall to talk to. Would never recommend this company or consider them as a professional company worth transferring to for broadband.
