After endless problems I was given two different wifi codes to use, one that is the speed I paid for but very unreliable, and another much slower one that is more stable. However the result is that we constantly have to switch between the two - and in may cases we have no internet at all. If you enjoy streaming, gaming or just using the internet in general please don't use plusnet.
