Hopeless,just gives you a video,and if that dose’nt help your on your own! Sat on the phone three times for a total of 1-3/4 hours have given up and useing the internet on my phone!dont believe the adverts on tv,hopeless customer service,thank god I only signed up for a year!what a waste of money! Should have listened to my neighbours advice and gone with Bt!!
