Misleading, unhelpful, dismissive, deceitful. DO not trust any offers they advertise - they will not honour them. Having been mislead/deceived I sadly have now seen many other reviews warning about this company and its bad/misleading service - Their own staff tell you different stories have contacted by telephone and email still unsatisfactory :((((((((
