I had a frustrating experience with Pocket Options. Initially, my account was verified using my uncle's documents, and I requested a withdrawal. However, I received an email stating that my withdrawal was canceled due to the need for additional verification, including a high-resolution photo of myself holding my ID and a paper with "Pocket Options" and the current date. I contacted support immediately, explaining the situation and requesting that they allow me to use my own documents for verification. Unfortunately, after just 1 or 2 minutes, they blocked my account. Despite reaching out again to resolve the issue, my requests were ignored. This has left me unable to access my funds or resolve the verification problem.
