I wasn't expecting this from pocket option. I contacted to the support to refund my funds that I had 10550$ in my account and they just returned me 1531$ but my all deposited amount is 11162$. And I need this money for my father's surgery and i explained my situation, they said we already refunded 1531$ but my deposited amount is 11162$. I don't know why they are doing this in these days because I heard from many people to some people they are not giving withdrawals and blocking accounts. I asked to the support team for date, time and type of violation but they are not giving any response just saying clause 2.3. I request you to solve my issue.
