There was fraud in my account, around $7,000 was withdrawn from account without my permission. I reported, submitted everything I was asked to, since they said they were investigating, it’s over a month now, no feedback, no response to follow up emails. I don’t think people’s money are safe in pocket option platform. The person who withdrew from my account by passed all security measures I put in place, which makes me suspect that it might be an inside job, those are the only ones that can bypass all security measures. If using pocket option, I don’t think your account is safe, be careful, If security can be by-passed, it means nothing is safe with the platform, you might be the next victim. It looks like they do it randomly, so that it’s not too suspicious.
