Our Communion table is beautiful. Our experience with Podiums Direct was not. There was no communication about expected ship date, etc. unless I emailed them. They charged my credit card in July, and we received the table in October. When we received it - it was not the one we ordered. I contacted them right away, but it took a week + for them to tell me how they were going to remedy the problem. They did end up making it right... but I would not purchase from them again. It was just too complicated - and the customer service was not great. UPDATE: Within minutes, after I posted this honest review detailing our experience with Podiums Direct, I literally received this email from them: "Thanks for the bad review we made all right do not understand why a church would try to ruin a small business very un Christian like. " Enough said about their professionalism?
