The podium arrived damaged by FedEx. Your company filed a claim with FedEx but h did not heard anything until I wrote recently.
Short response that I can have a refund if I want. Do I keep damaged podium? Can you at least send me the bottom piece with the 4 “ feet” for it to stand? And a new box sans the dent and scratches? I don’t need a whole new Podium, just the replacement pieces to make it whole.
