An order never arrived; it was returned (unbeknownst to me); I was credited for my original purchase, but told that I would have to order the items again AND pay the shipping again! The customer "service" agent said that he "cannot refund the $15 shipping fee as this was attempted for delivery." (In other words, I was charged for a service that *I did not receive--delivery of the package.)
I find it difficult to believe that a company that generates revenue of hundred of thousands (millions?) of pounds a year, cant be more understanding and supportive of its customers.
