I am a regular customer - or was..... now living in the USA. I ordered over £500 worth of clothing on March 30th. I tracked my parcel to Memphis then it disappeared. I have emailed and phoned poetry but got no response. I am very disappointed by their poor customer service. Are they still in business as the silence is deadly.
