The company doesn’t keep the promise of delivering ordered items within the timeframe given on their website. Moreover, they have only emailed me that my items were dispatched (10 days after the order was placed) after two interventions from myself and eventually the PayPal resolution centre contacting them. In my emails, I did ask to cancel the order because I haven’t heard form them, however, they decided to dispatch my order anyway (I assume dealing with the return will be another hurdle to go through). The clothes are quite expensive, so I am a bit perplexed by the lack of customer care...I live in the UK and the company is based in the UK. Delivery shouldn’t take longer than 5 days
