They are impossible to speak to, on the phone so, I sent 2 emails and all they said was it might take a little longer to reply. 2 months!
They still have not responded even though I paid for a taxi to take my returns parcel, paid £8 for next day delivery, totaling £22 to return at item and still they have not even told me if they have received it and I cannot reach them. Rubbish customer service.
