Excellent communication and service!
I wanted to design a bespoke bay window ceiling curtain track. Karen replied to all my questions promptly (I had plenty), carefully examined the measurements and my photos, and suggested solutions not only based on the different models available, but also on the aesthetics of my space.
The end result looks fabulous, and arrived within 5 days of payment, which is incredible given most bespoke items take a lot longer to be manufactured.
