The service was too slow. Customer service agent was not timely, responsive or considerate to our needs. Would not apologize or take ownership of mistakes. It took 3 months to update my partner's medical history to generate a new policy, which should have been much faster. This was a frustrating and humiliating experience that I can't express fully in a small review. I highly recommend not using PolicyMe.
