Well, the process is still not hassle-free to be honest but I think the hassle is in the nature of this product not the PolicyMe process. In comparison with other big insurance companies that I have had experience with, the process is way better. Unbelivably, some big companies (like manulife) still send and receive documents via mail only and almost nothing is online. Their underwriting process is not consistent. The customer service is so bad. But PolicyMe is super good and helpful specially when it comes to customer service. They are fast and helpful no matter how you contact them (sms, email, phone) they always respond very quickly and accurately.
