DO NOT ORDER!!! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in April for near £70 as a gift, surprise surprise never arrived. 8 weeks later to be told one pair of the shoes didn’t come with there order so they were not able to send... why wasn’t I informed of this before emailing them myself? Then I was told the pair in stock would be sent out, again big shock they didn’t arrive nor did they refund me for the pair not in stock. Now after emailing demanding a refund no reply. THEIFS and customer service is nothing less than APPALLING. I’ll add I’ve ordered numerous times from this company and never had an issue before but would definitely not recommend to anyone again.
