The rechargeable battery powered table lamp was exactly what I wanted. Solid and elegant, with a very smart remote control. The brass cover for the remote was a surprise too, really elevating its appearance. However at the risk of being churlish, I wish it had been brushed chrome, to match the lamp base! The lovely Ikat print shade really sets it off, and makes it an asset to my room.
