I recently purchased 2 of the Swan Neck rechargeable wall fitting as well as the 18cm Straight Empire Pendant shade in Printed Linen Ikat Heraldic. I was unsure about the compatibility between the fitting and shade, so called to speak to somebody in customer services. The call was answered promptly and I was advised by a really lovely woman who told me they were, in fact, compatible so long as the fitting was fitted in a downlight direction. I went ahead and ordered and my order arrived the next day. The quality of the products is really quite fantastic and they feel as though they will last an age. Very pleased with my experience and purchase. Would definitely recommend.
