Not many shops do this to me but I actually go round my house looking to where I can buy another Pooky lamp or shade for..... I have been delighted with the 6 purchases I have made from Pooky. 4 lamp shades and 2 lamps. Everything about the purchases was a delight, the choosing, the help received from customer services when I rung up with queries to the receiving of the goods.
